I went to these people with a serious tax problem and was robbed of a large sum of money and treated with contempt. Before I signed the contract and paid a deposit the manager of this branch was friendly and courteous and seemed willing to help. After I signed the contract and paid a large deposit everything changed. It was pretty much clear that now that I had disclosed my tax problem and paid a deposit I was at their mercy and was treated accordingly. Bottom line, if you have a serious tax problem DO NOT go to these people. They prey on people who are in a vulnerable position and use extortion and subtle threats of blackmail to soak you out of as much money as possible before they cast you away without solving your problem and treating you like dirt. If you are looking for an honorable, ethical business than this is NOT the place.
