I just wanted to send a hearted THANK YOU to Bella Dora Spa and to Melanie who I recently went to for a cut and color. Im new in the San Diego area and was so scared to try a new place and a new stylist. Im so glad I chose Bella Dora. As soon as I stepped inside I felt welcome. The d?cor is beautiful, I was greeted and attended to immediately and offered a drink of my choice from a menu. Everyone who worked there smiled as they walked by me. I waited only a couple of minutes, not long enough to look at all the items they had by Melanie. She was great, I felt pampered the whole time. The facility was the nicest I have been in. She took the time to massage me while she was shampooing and I was quite comfortable. She was intent on listening to what I wanted and did an excellent job on both the cut and color. I highly recommend her to everyone. Her personality was great and she was very professional. I m so relieved to have found a great new place to go and a great new stylist. Now after seeing the facility I will be going back for other services. Thank you so much Melanie for everything. I recommend this spa to everyone.
