HORRIBLE!!!! First off, there was less than 5 people in line and it must have took over 20 minutes for someone to finally help me. There were four registers but only two people working there; and they kept on disappearing. When they finally got to me, a lady said she had been waiting over 2 hours for an alignment and oil change so she left without the oil change done.
Pros: price of tires weren't too bad
Cons: they won't let you bring your own parts to save $$, they take forever, most tires were out of stock, short-staffed, and they screw up so they can make more money off of you
