When I first went to Kay Honda there was no problem they meet my best price and said they could have the car ready at noon the next day.When I arrived the next day to pick up the car they said it was not ready. They kept me there til 4 then said I owed more money because they had to send someone to N.Y. to get the car.It took another 1.5 hours to get them to forget the charge.
