Although we were very impressed at the outset, our experience did not turn out to be a positive one. We did not feel that they were as adept at working with our loved as we had hoped they would be. They told us how often the staff trains to work with Alzheimer's patients, yet we did not feel that our loved one was given the experience that we had so hoped they'd have: socially, dietary, and health wise. When we moved them in, no one...not one person...was there to greet us or help us in any way. We didn't know where to put away the toiletries, for example, as they do not keep them in the bathroom. We felt like strangers moving our loved one into a very unfriendly place. There were a few of the caregivers who were great and loving, but our
