Review content:
The poster in question (James) was a brother of our client...he was not our client and in no way was any part of the contract. Where he states that the employees were taking plate after plate of food into the garage and eating more than the guests. That was absolutely not the case. The plates of food being taken into the garage were samplings from the reception that we put together for the bride and groom that goes into their bridal basket along with champagne and chocolates. Since many bride and grooms are so busy and otherwise occupied at the reception, we create this basket for them so that they can enjoy it later after the reception is over. So if there are 10 different options of food on the menu, then they would each receive a plate of each food item for a total of 20 plates that they would take with them when they left the reception to enjoy.
