My transmission broke and I was stuck on the highway with not only my truck but my wife and kids and my trailer behind me. I checked the internet and found this Aamco and called them. I was immediately towed in within 20 minutes by their towing company. The towing company even brought me and my family to the comfort and safety of the shop and returned to get my trialer. I was very impressed. Knowing my transmission stopped moving I was sure I would be without any recourse. The employees at Aamco not only took the time to explain the problem in detail but gave me a written estimate and then give me and my family a ride to our hotel, they even let us park our trailer on the lot while the truck was being repaired. The next morning I was called and told that the truck would be finished by the end of the day and during that time my family and I all went to see some local sites. While it is never great to break down under any circumstances it wasn't bad because luckily I had called Aamco and they took care of us. Later that day I was called and told the truck was ready, they picked us up at the place we were having supper and brought us back to the shop and helped me hook the trailer up. We are back on the road for a 2000 mile journey and it's a good feeling knowing we have Aamco to back our warranty. If you have a problem this is the place to come to. When you are out of town and broke down being taken advantage of would have been easy. This shop has great people who are honest and care about the customer, even if they will never see this guy from Michigan again. Thanks to everyone at Aamco.
