I called High Tide Pool Service when I was highly frustrated, we had been fighting a loosing battle wth our pool. Our chemicals were balanced but the pool was still green, HIGHLY frustrated and without a clue what to do next we gave High Tide a call, He not only fixed that problem ,but educated us on what we need to keep it Blue. I seriously say money well spent. If your thinking about calling a company I would call High Tide!
