Review content:
I had a very unsatisfying experience at Red Lobster. I'll just go through my experience. First I received my salad. A little light on the blue cheese dressing but I know I could have received more if I would have asked. Mandi said there was no bread ready but she would bring it as soon as it was ready. She never brought any. Then I was served my order. A nice size Lobster tail and a spoonful of mashed potatoes. I noticed that the butter dip cup was full of a white color liquid with a few little butter drops floating on top. I called back my server and asked for some butter. She said it must have spilled out while bringing it to the table. After a long wait of looking at my lobster getting colder and finishing my spoonful of potatoes she brought the new dish of butter. It was almost the same as the first with maybe a teaspoonful of butter on top. The butter was gone after about one third of my lobster was eaten. I ended up dipping lobster in that salty white water for the last two thirds. But it also turned out that the lobster was slightly undercooked. I know it's a sin to overcook lobster but this one was still translucent in the center. I have a personality that avoids confict and never confronted the waitress or manager. I had to let you know because it was an awful experience. I paid over $35 for a dinner when I would have been more satisfied with a $4 McDonalds fish sandwich meal. To stress my points: 1. You should give a little more salad dressing. 2. A $35 meal should have more than a spoonful of potatoes as a side. 3. When I order lobster I want some butter to dip it in. Butter's not that expensive. I feel like I need to bring my own if I return. 4. If you are out of something like bread, offer something else in exchange. 5. Make sure the food is cooked properly. I still can't believe I ate raw lobster. With a little more attention from the waitress I may have brought up some of these points. Pros: Clean Cons: Service, Quality and Value
