Atrocious experience. Terry's plumber(Rick) came out to the house and rpair a refrigerator water line. 3 days later the line leaked and cause water damage to the finished basement. When called, same plumber was sent and claimed it was a different section of the line that had leaked and wanted to charge $200 to replace it again. When Terry was called, he offered the same, and when pressed offered to send Rick back out, then when pressed again, offered to send a different plumber. Refused to take responsibility for the water damage.
