Review content:
Bid was higher than other services, but due to my time restrictions, I was limited to options. Which they were very prompt. "Joy's" left three voicemail messages including the final bid on my phone, but due to the fact I am busy throughout the day I did not recieve them the day of the job. They proceeded without confirmation from me that the final bid was satisfactory. Had I have known they would charge extra for stump height I would have cut the stumps lower and removed a smaller tree they charged me for myself. Overall, they seem to be a good group of people and did me a good job. I just wish they would have got a confirmation from me for the extra cost of stump height and the smaller tree.
