Review content:
I had my pool installed approximately 5 years ago by Sabrina. They used flexible PVC hose for the drain/skimmer and pressure lines. BAD idea. See article below. I had insect damage during year 2 on asection near the pump and they noticed it when opening the pool due to the leaks. The dug it up and cut out the damaged part as it was not far below the surface. Last year I Had a bad leak (lost 3/4 of an inch in about 36 hours. I had a company come in and they traced the leak to one of the skimmers. He was very experienced and said it's probably more damage due to bug infestation. SO, i had to plug the skimmer and diable it! Now they opened the pool this year and the there is air in the pump that does not go away which is probably from another damaged hose. They only 'warranty' their work for two year. So I have a very expensive inground pool with serious problems because they used the Flexible hose (because it's easier to install I imagine). If they had given me the option, I would have paid extra if required to install rigid PVC if they had warned me about the possible bug problem. Its a commnly known problem but i guess its just a crap shoot if you have a problem or not. DO NOT LET THEM USE FLEXIBLE PVC HOSE ON YOUR POOL!
