Review content:
Having heard good things about this restaurant, I wanted to try them out one evening. I consulted their website for their hours (which stated "open daily 11:30-10pm"), got there shortly after 9pm, only to be greeted by a "closed" sign. Went in to ask, and was greeted by a snotty host who repeated that they were closed and acted hostile when I pointed out that their website stated that they were open until 10pm. He promptly turned his back on me and returned to the kitchen. To be fair to other people's ratings, I haven't tried their food. But I won't ever go back to try it--there is absolutely no kind of excuse for this rude service (and I drove 1/2 hr to get there!). I returned to my neighborhood bar in SF, Liverpool Lil's, that serves good food until midnight or 1am every day with competent and friendly service.
