As a property manager with 20 years experience I can not say enough good things about this company. In my 7 years of experience with them at a large condominium complex I never experienced a real problem. A contractor who just does what he says he will do is considered gold by a manager. This company goes beyond the call of duty to please a client. The owner is hands-on and at the job site daily or several times a week. The employees are clean, polite and respectful. It is their trademark that very little outside supervision is necessary. When newly painted windows had to be left open to dry a few homeowners complained of dust. The company owner arranged the clean-up himself at no cost to the associations. It was not his responsibility to do so. This was only one of my pleasant surprises in dealing with this company. Rare problems or call-backs were always handled professionally. Their workmanship, efficiency and promptness were alway exceptional.
