Review content:
I had an older vacuum that needed to be repaired but it was not ancient. I phoned this service to see if it could be repaired. I was not overly impressed with my initial contact with them. The receptionist was not friendly and I felt like a fool by the time I got off the phone. But, I was told to bring it over. So, i loaded it up and took it to the shop and left it. I was contacted about a week later and told that it was not repairable as the parts were too expensive. I thought I should have been the one to make that determination, but I just picked it up and moved on to the next repair man who promptly fixed the problem.
