I went here to get a health certificate for my puppy because he was flying to Hawaii with me. Since I would not be a returning customer they did not even look at his records which I brought with me. They just did the exam and handed me a bad photocopy of a health certificate. The exam consisted of feeling the pet and taking his temp, that's it. I had to tell them the rules for Hawaii. On the health cert. they didn't even write his microchip number and checked no to questions on whether he had had fecal test and other things within the past year. I had to pull out my records and show them this information so they could write it down. If I had sent the cert. the way they gave it to me, my puppy would have been put into quarantine for 120 days. They were just lazy and didn't want to look at his records because we wouldn't be coming back so why bother spending the time. The health cert. they gave me was scribbled on and partially illegible. They wouldn't give me another. I have no problems with the vet as he did nothing wrong, It was the lazy vet techs. Plus when I looked at my credit cards records I found out that they charged me twice. I would never go back.
Pros: got an appointment very quickly
Cons: vet techs wouldn't even look at records I brought with me, health cert. was bad photocopy, didn't know Hawaii quarantine laws and didn't care
