Review content:
It was better until this year. There is now almost no parking except the parking garage now (used to be able to share spaces with Kimball Court) - overnight guests sometimes get towed. There are monthly fender-benders because people drive too fast in the now-packed garage. No cell phone service in either building except for the leasing office, which pays to have a local access point. My unit has had a cracked living room window for 2 years which can't be fixed - it's from the building settling. The rent is much higher for my unit than for someone moving into an identical unit since they raise the rent each year for existing tenants to above the rate for new tenants. There are many complexes in the area with equivalent amenities; I'm trying one of them when my lease here is up.
