This is a tough business.. tenants, owners, Home Owner Associations with all their rules and regulations, Whew... Lucky for me I know Carol Klein and have for 20 years. So when I moved and needed a Property Manager there was no question. She and her team are first class and handle issues that I probably would have made worse.. hahha.. For 7 years and counting she has managed my property in Mission Viejo, CA. I would recommend her to anyone... she has an incredible team of subs to do repairs.. Returns phone calls... What else could you ask for ??? Go Carol....
