I started as a new student of Master S.H. Yu Martial Arts and Fitness a month ago. I appreciate being taught at my level, (beginner), and being treated with dignity and respect. After almost a month in training, I can see the difference in my posture, mood, and my muscles. My children also take lessons with Master Yu, and I am most pleased about the discipline and self-respect that they are learning. I would highly recommend Master S.H. Yu Martial Arts and Fitness.
