Review content:
Have been training at SH Yu for over 6 months. It is amazing. I am 41 years old and can do the splits on both sides for the first time in 20 years. The stretching, the exercise, the cognitive benefits are unsurpassable. Masters Wilson and Yu are outstanding with kids as well, instilling physical skills but also life skills and passion.
Pros: incredible teaching, better hours for kids
