Bad experience. Three of the four of us at our table ordered the pizza bar, the fourth ordered off the menu. Pizza bar was substandard - most of the pizzas had minimal toppings. Not what I expected from Carbones. There was supposed to be pasta and sauce - first time I went to get pasta, there was a little bit of sauce and no pasta; next time there was pasta, but no sauce. Finally gave up. The person who ordered off the menu waited 40 minutes to get his food. When the server finally delivered the food after 40 minutes, there was no apology for the long wait. Our server never asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks until I flagged him down and asked for refills. Needless to say, we left no tip and probably won't go back. What a disappointment. Surely not the quality of food or service I expected at Carbones!
