The kind of racket this location has going is truly criminal. I am boycotting Enterprise forever now because I hold them fully accountable for hiring the deceitful and 'criminal ring-leader' Manager of this location, here's my story: I chose to sign up for insurance with my rental for the weekend, I thought I'd be nice and give them a couple days for their commission. I came back on Monday and spoke with the Manager of this location directly, he was a Hispanic heavy set male. He stated he would stop the insurance effective that day per my request. Things were fine up to this point. Then it was rather convenient how one of the Manager's minions waited till the end of the week to call me at work to inform me he just charged my credit card 150+ bucks for additional insurance I didn't request. This guy was so completely disrespectful I couldn't believe he was calling from an actual company. He claimed its my fault that the insurance wasn't stopped and argued every point with me. When I requested to speak with a Manager after 30 seconds of speaking with this fool he told me he was unavailable and wouldn't have him call me back. Next time I will make sure to get a copy of a receipt showing my request has been completed instead of taking an illegitimate Manger's word for it. I will never get insurance from another rent-a-car place ever again. What happened to me here was truly criminal and they should be arrested for it.
