Review content:
I ordered my daughter a pair of glasses. We found the displayed frame was distorted and they told us they will use new frame for us. When we picked the glasses up, we found they still used the distorted one and tried to have them adjusted. The lady was very inpatient and she droped her face and rolled her eyes to my daughter. Finally, they agreed to redo our glasses. Today, when I called them about it, the lady (the older one) was rude on the phone.
Pros: None.
Cons: both the ladies are very rude
