Review content:
Be careful when going to this office. I specifically asked for a dentist assigned to my plan and later found out, after going to several visits that they assigned me to a non-network dentist, which caused me to pay more than what I should have been paying. Also, I was measured and given a mouth guard because they told me that I needed a new one. I was informed that my insurance company would cover the guard. Later, after the guard was given to me the insurance company told me that the dental center never submitted for pre-authorization, otherwised I would have known that it would not be paid for, thus I never would have taken it home with me. Now, the dental office is claiming that I never contacted them regarding the payments and they sent me to a collection agency. This dental center has not ethical values and does not care about their patients and will not be truthful with their processes.
