called them out for heating problem and they couldn't find the unit, so they replaced the thermostat, still no heat, said they had to get another tech to come out, another day without heat. Next day took their time to come out, finally found the unit said it was badly placed and old and to replace the unit, turn off the unit to prevent a fire hazard. Called someone else to look at the problem, they said that there was nothing wrong with our unit and it was not that old. They turn the unit back on and put our old thermostat back and cleaned the vent and worked liked it supposed to. Don't use Bui for your problems, they will find ways to milk you dry, and my friend that owns a club say they did the same thing to her, trying to convince her to replace the unit in her building.
