I received a Spafinder gift card. I called and spoke with the owner, Rhonda, who told me that yes they accepted the Spafinder gift cards but that she would have to raise the cost of the services I chose to make up for the fee that her salon would have to pay to Spafinder. She then said she would call me back, never did, so I stopped by in person to speak with her. She then told me that now she would not take the gift card and that she had cancelled my appointment! She would have lost only $18 on a $300 appointment! She made no effort at all to try and keep my business there, just said no, we don't take Spafinder anymore and showed me the door! VERY rude, poor business practice, poor customer service, makes me wonder what other disreputable things are going on there too! They are probably cutting corners every chance they get, cleaning, sterilizing, etc. Do NOT go here, she will try to rip you off!
