We just moved to the area and were in desperate need of a mattress. we chose the tempurpedic due to its great reviews. Kenny at the store was very nice but typical salesman. He told us that the mattress would have a strong odor at first but would subside after a week or two. After two months it was still there. I of course was worried how safe it was to be breathing in that stench. Not happy w/ the product, we tried to exchange it several times but first had to wait at least 30 days. After the 30th day we called again and they said they could only do an exchange no refund. For more than two months we got such a run around. I will never go back to sleepys. And heed my warning, do not go through GE financing. Each statement i recieved new fees were added to my bill each month. They claimed that it was in the contract i signed at sleepys but i could not find it anywhere. i also try to find my purchase activity on the sleepys website and found nothing. When I called to ask why I could not see my purchases they said b/c GE took my account over. Such a scam!!!
