My 6 year old Panasonic flatscreen HDTV stopped turning on. The first place I called said they do not make house calls because the TV was too small (had to be over 40 inches and mine was 32). They would come get it and diagnose it for $89 but it would be a week before they could get out. So I called John at JB Tech. He came out the very next day to diagnose the problem FREE OF CHARGE. Turned out to be a fuse, which he had on him. He had the problem fixed in less than 30 minutes. The total charge for this was an incredibly cheap $65. If I ever have a problem with any of my TV's again JB Tech will be the first and only ones I call. Great service, friendly, prompt and very reasonably priced.
