Review content:
We have been to many different vets in the St Charles area looking for the right one to fit our family. We happened across them on accident, however; now believe we have found the right one. They are very sympathetic and respectful. Yes, they may be a little pricy on some things, but on almost everything we have come across they were much less expensive than any other place, including the humane society. We had to put one of our members to sleep, which as you can imagine was one of the most strenuous decisions anyone can make. The vet and everyone in there took the time to comfort us instead of simply treating us like a number in line, like many other vet offices. We purchase our frontline there and have found that it is less expensive to purchase it there than at Petsmart, Petco, and even the online or mail catalog companies. I strongly recommend them to anyone I know, and those I don't.
