I had cricket service for over 3 years, my multimedia which was in service stopped working for long time but I had no time to waste with cricket customer service and I used my email for my pictures, my out going text messaging stopped working as well without my knowledge, cricket is a rip off and they wanted me to upgrade my phone and service, they disconnected my phone when I needed my service the most, which was on next day after my birthday, they have no regrets, the reason for disconnection was that they lost my check, the post office supervisor told me it is a common problem with cricket. there are other plans like virgin mobile 1500 minutes and 1500 texts with 30 mb web as well as straight talk with 1000 minutes and 1000 texts with 30 mb web both for $30.00, try any thing but stay away from cricket, they don't know how to treat customers, they rip me off on accessories as well, bad company to do business, but they don't even care.
