Review content:
This may be the worst run fedex office in the city. You might be lured in by the fact that there are almost never any customers, despite this location being in the heart of midtown. You will then quickly learn why, as you wait 20-30 minutes for the single, astoundingly incompetent person at the register to handle shipping a box for the person on line ahead of you, while 6 other fedex employees lounge in the back and watch. If that sounds like exaggeration, I can understand. I had no idea packing and shipping a single box could take that long until I actually witnessed it - it's like she was in a trance state, or moving underwater. But I was sure it was a fluke, until the second time I came back, when it happened again. I don't care if this place is right next to my office. No sane person should ever go in here. Even the Post Office is faster. Pros: None Cons: Slow. Really, really slow.
