our furnace died this week. i emailed hartman to request a quote and was contacted within 5 minutes. the sales rep (brad) fit us into his schedule the next afternoon. he was polite and answered questions about each furnace without pressuring us one way or the other. he managed to fit us in the schedule to get the new furnace the next morning. (it's february, we figured we would have to wait several days) the techs showed up on time and i can tell you, i've never been more impressed with workers that have come to my home. they were respectful of me, talked to me like i was a real person (not just a dumb girl). they cleaned up the work area and explained everything thoroughly to me. it's the best experience i've had with repair people. we love the new furnace! i would feel comfortable recommending these people to anyone! THANK YOU for your awesome service!
