The service i received from blue dolphin pool and spa was horrible. I was looking for a hot tub cover and called in to this business. It took about two weeks for this guy to come out to my house to measure the tub. He kept coming up with excuses and couldn?t make it. Finally he had some time and measured my tub then gave me a call. we then discussed prices over the phone and wanted to settle at 400 dollars. The price he was charging was 420 and I figured 400 for the inconvenience. And it was also going to take about a month to get there. He didn?t want to settle for that price and became very angry and said he was going to go back to my house to pick up color samples, and rudely hung up. i called back, no answer. i was at work at the time and my roommate was there. He then came to my house banging on my front door and began cursing took the color samples and left angry. I do not reccommend blue dolphin to any one. Morris is way more helpful and has a friendly staff
