I am a Farmers customer in Plano Texas, and I went to purchase a new vehicle. I had everything set and ready to go, but my insurance card was expired that I had with me from Farmers Insurance. I could not reach my regular Farmers agent, so I contacted Phil ( my new Farmers Agent in Plano) on his cell phone and told him about my situation. Within 30 minutes, Phil, my NEW Farmers Auto Insurance agent had pulled my new farmers insurance auto cards and went to UPS to fax my cards to me, so I got my new van. I only have car insurance with Farmers today, but I will be adding homeowners and moving all of my autos to Phil. Thank you, Phil.
Pros: Phil is the best!
Cons: Sometimes it's not just price, it's the agent too!
