Businiess name:  Discount Car Insurance | Lowered Rates of High Point
Review by:  Deborah D.
Review content:
The only dedicated Pilates studio in High Point, it is located in the attic of a restored historic home. Individual and 2- or 3-person private sessions are available, using Pilates equipment. Larger mat classes are also available several times during the week. All equipment is provided, and instruction is very good. The owner is certified in Pilates, and teaches excellent and enjoyable classes. She is also good about describing movement modifications for people with less flexibility or physical constraints like a bad back. Private sessions are a bit on the expensive side, but mat classes are very reasonably priced and can be purchased in blocks. Given that the studio only does Pilates, you do not have to compete with other classes or gym members for attention or equipment. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, this may not be the place for you, as there is no elevator.
