This is by far the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. The room(very small) was dirty and sheets had not been changed from the last guests stay. Always out of towels...had 4 people in the room only 2 towel most of the stay. When checking out I forgot my son's BRIGHT green lizard pillow case(sitting on the end of the bed) with his only blanket inside the pillow case, that he has had since a baby, called within 30 minutes from the hotel and asked if someone could get it from the room and ship it home to us on my credit card. Had to call back 3 times till I finally got someone that said they found it and would ship it to our house. It's been 1 month yesterday and about 20 phone calls to the hotel and now they say they don't know where it is or if they ever found it, but if they find it they will ship it to me...right! I emailed Holiday Inn corporate customer service saying I'm not looking for any kind of money, just wanted to see if they could see where my sons stuff might have gone. It's been over a week and haven't even gotten a reply saying we recieved your email and are looking into it. I will never give Holiday Inn another dime of my money.
