Review content:
Before selecting Mr. DeBoo to assist me with my patent application I contacted all of the local patent attorneys by phone to discuss the process. Mr. DeBoo was the only one who took the time to answer my questions and explain the patent process to me before I paid a retainer. After a lengthy conversation I booked an appointment and hired him immediately after our first meeting. His rates are very reasonable and I found him to be highly skilled, knowledgeable, ethical, and professional. I highly recommend him and will never use anyone else for my patent and trademark work. Update: My first patent was approved in record time thanks to Mr. Deboo's expertise and my second patent is currently pending. I'm hoping to start work on my third patent soon. With Mr. Deboo's help I have achieved far more than I ever dreamed and would never consider using anyone else for my patent and trademark work. If you're interested in viewing my patent go to the USPTO?s Website and click search by number and then enter my patent number: 7,950,549 Oh and one more thing, I wrote the initial patent application myself (HUGE MISTAKE!) I contacted Mr. Deboo (and every other patent attorney in town as I mentioned above) when I received the inevitable rejection letter. Mr. Deboo was able to fix the patent for me (which is NOT easy to do after an amateur like myself tries to do it on her own!) He did the best he could with what he had to work with and ultimately was able to save me from myself. Trust me when I say that without him it would NEVER have been approved. So, learn from my mistake and have him do it right from the start like I did on my second patent! Pros: null Cons: null
