I am so impressed with this company. There was a terrible misunderstanding made by a second party relating to the work that had to be done to our home. I was very upset when I called Alexander Elec. because some of the work that needed to be done was going to cost more than the estimate. Karen in the office came to the plate and immediatly found the problem and calmed me down. They worked with us in getting all the work done in a timely manor and at a resonable cost. We have used them again for other electrical problems and will use them again if we need to. I would recomend them any time to my family and friends. thank you Alexander Elec. and Karen.
