The monies they received through their deception hidden carefully away, not acting the part of the "poor" real estate companies that are loosing business now, due the collapse they are directly responsible for. Joe Kapp real estate is a text book example when looking for the misguidance, greed, and deceit that will cost us all so much over the next few years. They fail to take responsibility with their rentals as well, instead relying on huge amounts of paperwork for the prospective tenant to sign, releasing themselves from any accountability to maintain or act in manners that landlords are expected to do, here and elsewhere. My first hand experience with these people, and witnessing many others as well, gives them a solid "hands down", and recommend you stay away!

Cons: Easy to ensure where you need to drop your money off, but only Poor service in all areas from here on out. Save and HIDE your money. They will try to get it!
