Review content:
I've been doing business with Eastergard for several years. They've repaired my HVAC unit several times and, each time, the work has been outstanding. The technicians are on time. If they're delayed, someone from the office calls to let you know. Once they're there, you barely know it - they are unobtrusive. Once they've evaluated the problem, they tell you in detail what needs to be done and why. They're honest when something is going to be expensive. When the work is finished, the technician explains every single thing he did, which is usually above and beyond what is required with no additional cost. Eastergard is the only company I will ever use for all of my HVAC needs!
Pros: Will call when they're running late, unobtrusive, knowledgeable, open and honest
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
