Review content:
I love RPM. I understand where other people are coming from who didn't care for the studio and its owners though. This is a boutique gym, it isn't for everyone and isn't trying to be. The only time I am "picked on" as others put it (I wouldn't though) is when I am not putting in my all. Cynthia, Karyn (the owners) and all the other instructors make it clear that there are high expectations. Additionally, I've been to a lot of fitness studios where the instructors are harsh. I haven't been to very many that as soon as the class is over you chat with them for a while. Everyone is caring and helpful. I want to go work out everyday which never happened before.
Pros: Great teachers, great people, great classes, great parking
Cons: A lot of dust and lint on the walls and air ducts, there are always a couple bikes out of commission
