i just got my navel pierced at cloud nine tonight and i was very very pleased. i had gotten my navel pierced before at a different location and had a less than stellar experience and less than acceptable barbel and cleaning instructions. aaron at cloud nine was fantastic. he has a very soothing voice, very helpful to those who are nervous or if it is your first piercing. he was very calming and very thorough. the entire place was clean and friendly. i was actually nervous walking in but was greated shortly and they made me feel very comfortable right from the start. once i was taken back to a piercing room, he drew exactly where the piercing was going to be and let me look at it beforehand to make sure it was exactly where i wanted it to be placed. basically they did everything right. and afterwards i have had no pain on the piercing and it feels great!! i highly recommend Cloud Nine for piercings to anyone looking for a clean, thorough, welcoming piercing parlor :)
Pros: people, cleanliness, felt like friends
