My wife and I researched the purchase of our hot tub for a month or so visiting all the name brand hot tub stores. We selected Aqua Quip based on their product and competitive pricing. In my opinion, Andre was the most knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process as I visited his store twice before purchasing our hot tub 3 months ago. We had many special requests regarding our installation which he followed through on. Additionally, he has made the maintenance of the hot tub easy by providing hand written instruction and testing the water when I have brought it in on occasion. As a new hot tub owner I am very pleased with my purchase and the overall support I've received from the Covington store whether it's been Andre or Joey.
