The front desk personnel is extremely rude and stuck up, not to mention they do not seem to know what they are doing. The pedicurist I had was fantastic and the pedicure looked great. The manicure on the other hand was not that great. I was getting my toes and nails done in preparation for my yearly trip to Florida. I had the treatments done on Wednesday evening and I left on Thursday afternoon. By lunctime on Friday, my manicure was already chipping. I was very unhappy with the nail treatment I received, but they definitely get an A+ for the pedicure. I would definitely recommend pedicures, but be weary of the manicure. Pros: pedicures Cons: atmosphere, I did not like being in same area where people walked in. When I am at a spa I like to feel like I am secluded.
