We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. Save money and frustration by calling someone else. This is one of the worst services I've ever experienced. Their work is mediocre at best. They charge more than double what an independent would charge and do minimal work. They will tell you they always send the same team, but in reality you will probably never get the same team twice. The girl that does the scheduling is rude and never follows through with her promises. They will tell you they have a satisfaction guarantee, and that they will send someone back to fix what they missed. They DID send someone back, many times, but the team they sent to fix it missed most of what they were sent to fix. It's absurd! They go through alot of managers. Whenever they get someone good, they don't stay very long, a sure sign of a very poorly run company, and it SHOWS in the quality of their work.
