Penguins Donuts is a family owned business. They have all kinds of donuts! My personal favorite it called a crème puff. Besides donuts, they have amazing Hawaiian shaved ice. It’s the only place in Kansas City to get shaved ice. With tons of flavors, there is always something new to try. This inexpensive donut shop also gives tours on how to make donuts.
