Review content:
So, my husband and I took our son to Schiappa's on a Friday night, there was a sign posted out in the parking lot that there was a banquet in progress, but room still available in the dining room. We walked in and we were able to seat ourselves immediately without a wait. Our server was very personable and friendly, I ordered the all you can eat salad and shrimp bar and we ordered a large pizza and wings (the sweet hot, very tasty, not too spicy, nice crispy flavorful wings) the pizza was wonderful, New York style crust (not the paper thin cracker St Louis style) brought hot to the tableside so there wasn't the frustration of rearranging your plates to make room, it had its own spot on a stand next to the table. The salad bar was good, a little on the small side for offerings, but the boiled shrimp was very good, nice a cool with a tasty cocktail sauce. We were about to give up on finding good pizza and just wait til we visited home, but now we have found our family friendly pizza parlor. I am looking forward to going back and trying their pastas. I also love to support family style businesses like this, rather than the big corporate guys. Give it a try, they have a lunch buffet too.
Pros: Great food, good variety of pizza, pasta, calzones, kids menu, great service
Cons: salad bar adequate but could have more options
