Hardesty Twin Builders is by far the most unprofessional and poorly managed "builder" I've dealt with in 20 years of owning and rehabilitating homes. Mr. Hardesty promised an 8 week rehab, at 20 weeks he was half done. He promised weekly written plans, I received none. He promised a "3-4 man crew on site daily", there was never more than three and they worked only Friday and occasionally Saturday. The work Mr. Hardesty did complete was shoddy at best and abysmal at worst.he also failed to secure proper permits. Cutting corners was his specialty. All his work had to be redone costing my business over $20,000. Do yourself a favor and choose a different builder.
