We've just had the most pleasant experience buying a Prius from Maui Toyota and Elvis. It all started about a month ago, when I dropped into Maui Toyota to see the Prius, which I was curious about. I met Elvis and he spent over an hour showing me the various models of Prius that were there. This, in itself, impressed me. A few weeks ago, we were looking at some upcoming repairs on our 1995 Corolla, and my husband said ...'let's go down and look at the Corollas and Prius'..' I immediately called Elvis, after having such a positive initial experience. We looked at both cars, and Elvis professionally explained all the features of both, answered any questions we had, and went out of his way to let us make up our own mind on the car. We both commented on his knowledge, patience, and professionalism to each other, and the next day came back and made our decision on the Prius. We both come from a sales background, and we couldn't be happier with the treatment Elvis accorded us. We've been Toyota customers for 21 years here on Maui, and love the excellent repair service we receive at Maui Toyota, and now have a superb person to recommend to friends interested in a new car.
