Review content:
Chatsworth Tire service had very poor service; if you don’t buy that much from them they will treat you like dirt. I went there to change my new 2012 Toyota Avalon engine oil; Bob came to service for my car. Bob put my car key at my car windshield, walk around, came back to tell me ”Joanna you may need synthetic oil change only $92, breaks in front two breaks $456, tires are $1234 for 4 tire. Your car is brand new design may cause more on parts, but I will give you better price.” After Bob see my coupon, he said” That coupon won’t do you any good because traditional oil change will cause you $35 plus oil disposes fee, and Tax. Total $41.” I say,” I got coupon for oil change $19.99.” Bob say “okay .“ then he walk away and leave me wait for an hour; Bob came back say to me “We are very busy today so can you please wait for it.” I was there 7:00AM Saturday morning; I wait until 9:00 o’clock got no service, but lots of other customer came late, they all finish service and drive away.
I pick up my car key on my Toyota windshield, and drive away. I hope someone like me will not go there again.
